I was gifted this book by a teacher who introduced me to design. Before him, all I knew was I liked to make things pretty. I think validation as we grow is something almost necessary. I was content with my unknowns and had little motivation to uncover those on my own. These pieces have inspired most of my work, and this desire for the marriage of language and art, particularly “All this relaxation has exhausted me.” What can I say? Im a bed person. A bed person who is utterly exhausted by most things, however this exhaustion is quite energizing.
